Fin Costello/RedfernsBritish rock magazine Kerrang! held its annual Kerrang! Awards on Thursday in London, and among the evening’s honorees were Thin Lizzy and Iron Maiden, who respectively were crowned the Kerrang! Legend and the Kerrang! Hero.
Alice Cooper also took home a trophy, for his syndicated radio show, while Deftones received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Other winners included Blink-182, who was bestowed with the Icon Award, Asking Alexandria for Best British Band, A Day to Remember for Best International Band, Twenty One Pilots for Best Fanbase and Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams for Best Tweeter.
