Credit: Daryl HannahIn advance of the release of his new live album Earth, Neil Young will pay a visit to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this Tuesday, June 21. No details have been announced about Young’s appearance on the late-night show except that it will be “very special.”
The Tonight Show airs on NBC at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT and 10:35 p.m. CT.
In addition, the folk-rock legend will be featured this Monday, June 30, on a new episode of comedian Marc Maron‘s popular WTF podcast. During the interview, Neil will be discussing Earth, which will be released on CD and in digital formats on Friday, June 24, and as a vinyl LP on August 12. As previously reported, Earth features 13 live performances by Young and his current backing group, Promise of the Real, that have been enhanced with studio-recorded backing vocals and natural sounds, including a variety of animals, birds and insects.
