Credit: Pamela LittkyThe Seattle Mariners celebrated Alice in Chains Night Monday, in honor of the hometown rockers’ upcoming album, Rainier Fog.
Before the game, the grunge icons took the mound and guitarist/vocalist Jerry Cantrell delivered a strike for the first pitch. The late Chris Cornell‘s daughter Lily Cornell Silver was in attendance, and she posted video of Cantrell’s pitch on her Instagram Story.
To add to the night of Seattle pride, the Mariners defeated the visiting Houston Astros 7-4.
Rainier Fog will be released this Friday, August 24.
