Tool, Panic! at the Disco and Billie Eilish were among the winners at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards, which took place Wednesday night.

Maynard James Keenan and company won Top Rock Album for their comeback effort, Fear Inoculum, and Brendon Urie’s band earned the Top Rock Artist title and Top Rock Song for “Hey Look Ma, I Made It.” Eilish, meanwhile, took home three awards: Top New Artist, Top Female Artist and Top Billboard 200 Album for her smash debut, WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?

Additionally, Elton John won Top Rock Tour over Metallica and The Rolling Stones.

Post Malone was the night’s biggest winner, with a total of nine awards.

The 2020 Billboard Music Awards were originally supposed to take place in April, but were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, the winners reflect the Billboard chart period running from March 23, 2019 through March 14, 2020.

In addition to handing out awards, the 2020 BBMAs also paid tribute to the late Eddie Van Halen by showing a clip of Van Halen performing “Panama” at the 2015 ceremony.

“A true giant was taken from us,” host Kelly Clarkson said of Eddie, who passed away earlier this month at age 65. “He was a legendary guitarist, an amazing musician and an incredible songwriter.”
