The Pink Floyd legend will launch the Us + Them tour starting in May in Kansas City, and wrapping up in October in Vancouver.  Tickets go on sale to the general public on October 21; Citi cardmembers can grab them starting October 17.  The title of the tour is taken from a popular Pink Floyd song that appears on The Dark Side of the Moon.

In a statement, Waters said, ““We are going to take a new show on the road, the content is very secret. It’ll be a mixture of stuff from my long career, stuff from my years with Pink Floyd, some new things.  Probably 75% of it will be old material and 25% will be new, but it will be all connected by a general theme.”

He adds, “It will be a cool show, I promise you.  It’ll be spectacular like all my shows have been.”

This will be Waters’ first U.S. tour since he took The Wall Live around the world.  The production played to four million fans, and is the highest-grossing tour in history by a solo artist to date.

Waters takes the stage at Desert Trip’s second weekend this Sunday, October 16.
