John Fogerty is ready to rock with a new record deal.

The former Creedence Clearwater Revival leader has signed a deal with BMG that includes a new solo album to be released sometime next year, plus the reissue of his previous solo releases. The first reissue, due November 17, will be a 20th anniversary edition of Fogerty’s Grammy-winning Blue Moon Swamp album.

Available in 180-gram black vinyl, limited-edition 180-gram blue vinyl, CD and digital versions, the Blue Moon Swamp reissue features a new album cover showcasing the concert backdrop from the album’s original supporting tour.

Originally released in May 1997, Blue Moon Swamp won Best Rock Album at the 40th Grammy Awards in 1998, while the track “Blueboy” received a nomination for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance that same year.

Upcoming reissues from Fogerty’s solo career include the Grammy-nominated Centerfield,  the Eye of the Zombie and Premonition albums, plus Déjà vu (All Over Again) and a new Best of collection. Release dates are still to be announced.

Fogerty returns to Las Vegas to continue his John Fogerty: Fortunate Son In Concert  residency at the Wynn Encore Theatre with 15 shows set for September 20 – October 7 and January 10 – 20. For info, go to Fogerty’s website.
