Blackened Recordings Metallica has released a 1988 live recording of “One,” which will be included in the band’s upcoming deluxe reissue of …And Justice for All. The live track is available now for digital download.
This particular “One” recording was taken from an infamous concert in Metallica’s history: December 7, 1988, at the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach, California. During that show, fans ripped up cushions from seats on the arena floor, damaging an estimated 1,000 seats.
The …And Justice for All reissue will be released this Friday, November 2.
Metallica is currently touring the U.S. behind the band’s latest album, 2016’s Hardwired…to Self-Destruct. The outing continues tonight in Albany, New York.
