Credit: John McMurtrie Iron Maiden‘s The Book of Souls tour will return to North America this summer, and they’re bringing Swedish metal mavens Ghost along for the ride.

The British heavy-metal legends’ trek kicks off June 3 in Bristow, Virginia, and is mapped out through a July 21 show in Brooklyn, New York, marking the first time Maiden will ever play in the New York City borough.

The band will be touring in continued support of its latest studio album, 2015’s The Book of Souls. Ghost will serve as Maiden’s special guest for the entire North American run. Visit IronMaiden.com for ticket info.

“We are really looking forward to returning to North America for a full tour,” says founding Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris. “We had always planned to go back there and to the U.K. as last year, due to the global nature of the tour and the period it took, we just didn’t have time to cover them properly and we do still like to get to fans in as many places as possible!”

Prior to the North America outing, Maiden will embark on a European tour leg in the spring with openers Shinedown.
