Eddie Vedder is officially on Instagram.
The Pearl Jam frontman joined the social media platform last week, which he’s using so far to encourage his followers to vote by mail for the upcoming 2020 U.S. presidential election.
Over seven different posts, Vedder shared step-by-step instructions on how to vote by mail, illustrated with photos of the ballot he used when he voted early in July for the 2020 Washington State primary.
“Lest there by any confusion, here is how simple, secure and verifiable it is to Vote By Mail,” Vedder wrote.
“In regards to something so huge as taking part in our democracy and putting your voices to great use, nothing could be easier,” he continued. “And at this intense time of a global pandemic, even more importantly, nothing could be SAFER.”
