Michael Dorf PresentsHeart‘s Ann Wilson and Todd Rundgren are among the artists who will celebrate the music of Aretha Franklin at the latest in a series of star-studded annual tribute concerts organized by New York City entrepreneur Michael Dorf. The show is scheduled for March 6, 2017, at New York’s Carnegie Hall.

The initial lineup of the show, dubbed “The Music of Aretha Franklin,” also includes Living Colour, Kenny Loggins, Melissa Etheridge, Taj Mahal and ex-Labelle singer Sarah Dash, among others.

General admission tickets to the concert are available now at the Carnegie Hall box office and CarnegieHall.org. VIP packages can be purchased by visiting MusicOf.org.

All of the proceeds from the show will go toward various music education programs for underprivileged youths.  The Aretha tribute will be the 14th annual themed charity concert Dorf has helped organize in New York City. The events have raised more than $1.3 million so far.

Last year’s “Music Of” tribute, which paid homage to the late David Bowie, was expanded to two nights due to overwhelming demand, with the first show being held at Carnegie Hall and the second taking place at Radio City Music Hall.

Among the artists that have been the subjects of previous “Music Of” shows are The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, The Who, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Talking Heads and David Byrne, R.E.M., Elton John, Prince, Paul Simon, Simon & Garfunkel and Joni Mitchell.
