Ex-Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil will help Las Vegas’ Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino kickstart the Memorial Day Weekend when he headlines a free concert on Saturday, May 27, as part of the hotel’s “Rock the Street” event.
Neil will perform at the Downtown Grand’s new venue, 3rd Street, starting at 9 p.m. local time. Free general admission tickets for the Neil’s show can be downloaded at DowntownGrand.com/events. Attendees must be 21 and over, and seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fans can expect to hear Vince sing a variety of classic Mötley Crüe tunes at the gig, including the band’s hit “Girls, Girls, Girls,” which celebrates its 30th anniversary next month.
Todd Kerns & the Anti-Stars will open for Neil. Besides the musical performances, the Downtown Grand will offer a variety of food and drink choices at its various concessions. In addition, the casino will host a special blackjack tournament where 10 people will have the opportunity to play one hand against Vince for a chance to win a share of $5,000 in prize money.
The “Rock the Street” event will continue on Sunday, May 28, and will feature a free performance by the classic-rock cover band Tribute Nation.
