Soundgarden Side Project Hater Reissuing Debut Album

UMeSoundgarden bassist Ben Shepherd‘s side project Hater is reissuing its self-titled debut album. Originally released in 1993, the reissued Hater will be available on CD, vinyl and digitally on July 15.

Along with Shepherd, Hater also included Soundgarden drummer Matt Cameron, plus as ex-Monster Magnet guitarist John McBain, bassist John Waterman and vocalist Brian Wood, who is the brother of late Mother Love Bone frontman Andrew Wood.

Hater disbanded in 1997, but Shepherd and Cameron reformed the band in 2005 to release a sophomore album, The 2nd.
