Allen Berezovsky/Getty ImagesIt turns out the brawl between the Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday wasn’t limited to just the players on the court. None other than Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis was apparently involved too.

In footage posted to social media, you can Kiedis standing courtside while yelling and flashing his middle finger as Rockets point guard Chris Paul heads to the locker room post-brawl. A security guard then escorts the, ahem, red hot Kiedis from the court and away from his seats, though it’s unclear if he was kicked out of the arena.

Kiedis attended the game with his Chili Pepper band mate Flea, who took a much more zen approach to the whole incident.

“At the lakers game last night with my dear brother,” Flea wrote in an Instagram post alongside a photo of him and Kiedis. “It got crazy at the end, but man I get so satisfied, deeply drinking in the depth and beauty of the game. People operating at a high level in so many dimensions. Cerebral, physical, spiritual, emotional, unspoken and telepathic communication. I truly love basketball with my [heart].”

The brawl involved Paul and Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo fighting each other, as well as Lakers forward Brandon Ingram throwing a punch. Paul, Rondo and Ingram were suspended for two, three and four games, respectively.
