Sammy Hagar to Headline 2018 Edition of the Rock Legends Cruise

Credit: TJ RiversCome 2018, the Red Rocker will be setting sail on the deep blue sea. Sammy Hagar has been announced as the headliner and first confirmed performer for the sixth edition of the Rock Legends Cruise, which embarks from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on February 15 and travels to Cozumel, Mexico, before returning to port on February 19.

This marks the first cruise that the former Van Halen frontman has ever headlined. The event also will feature performances by more than 20 as-yet-unannounced artists, and will include meet-and-greets, Q&A sessions, special unplugged sets, a rock memorabilia auction and much more. In conjunction with the Rock and Roll Hall Famer’s participation in the cruise, the ship will feature a “Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum” bar, which will offer vacationers a variety of tropical drinks made with Hagar’s award-winning liquor.

In related news, the fifth installment of the Rock Legends Cruise, which is scheduled to run from January 19 to January 23, 2017, is now officially sold out.
