The two-day event, which will be held October 22-23 at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California, also will feature longtime E Street Band guitarist Nils Lofgren, Dave Matthews, country legend Willie Nelson, Norah Jones and modern rockers My Morning Jacket and Cage the Elephant, among other artists.

Tickets for the event go on sale to the general public at LiveNation.com starting Monday, August 29, at 10 a.m. PT.

The Bridge School Benefit Concert, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, is an all-acoustic event organized by Young and his estranged wife, Pegi. The event raises funds for the Bridge School, a facility co-founded by Pegi that helps children with physical impairments and severe communication difficulties.
