Steve Granitz/WireImageFrances Bean Cobain‘s divorce has been settled, TMZ reports.

According to the gossip site, the settlement allows her ex-husband Isaiah Silva to keep her father Kurt Cobain‘s acoustic Martin D-18E guitar, which the late Nirvana frontman famously played on MTV Unplugged.

The dispute over the guitar has made headlines over the past two years, as it continued to be a point of contention in the divorce: Silva claimed that Frances gave it to him as a wedding present, which Frances denies. According to TMZ, Frances allowed Silva to keep the guitar in an effort to “move on” and avoid any further legal proceedings.

While she’s letting go of the guitar, TMZ reports that Frances will not have to pay Silva anything in spousal support, even though he requested $25,000 a month. Silva is also reportedly responsible for his own legal bills, and Frances gets to keep the house they bought.

The couple filed for divorce in March 2016. They wed in June 2014.
