Bat Out of Hell: The Musical, which features songs written by Jim Steinman, will visit The Venetian Theatre at the Venetian resort for a 16-show engagement running from December 25 through January 6, 2019.

Tickets for the shows go on sale to the general public this Saturday, October 20 at 10 a.m. PT, and will be available at Venetian.com, at box offices at the resort, and calling 702-414-9000 or 866-641-7469.

Leading into the musical’s U.S. tour, the production is at Toronto’s Ed Mirvish Theatre for series of shows that kicked off on Tuesday and will run through November 3. The musical, which is expected to stop in 19 U.S. cities, currently is scheduled through a June 26-July 7 engagement in Dallas.

Bat Out of Hell: The Musical is a romantic adventure focusing on an eternally youthful street tribe that desperately battles a tyrant for control of the ruined city where they live.

Among the classic Steinman-penned songs featured in the show are Meat Loaf hits like “Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad,” “Paradise by the Dashboard Light,” “You Took the Words Right Out of My Mouth,” and “I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That).”

In addition to the touring version of the show, productions currently are running in London and Oberhausen, Germany. Visit BatOutofHellMusical.com for more information.
