Credit: Ross HalfinMetallica will perform on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon next Thursday, September 29. The metal legends will be promoting their forthcoming album, Hardwired…to Self-Destruct, which will be released on November 18.
The Fallon performance will be Metallica’s first late-night TV appearance since their week-long residency on The Late Late Show in 2014 in honor of then-host Craig Ferguson‘s retirement from the CBS program.
The Tonight Show airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET on NBC.
