NBC/Trae Patton(LOS ANGELES) — KISS used their appearance on Wednesday’s live America’s Got Talent season finale to officially announce their upcoming End of the Road Farewell Tour.

“This is going to be our last tour,” Kiss frontman Paul Stanley told AGT host Trya Banks, following their performance of “Detroit Rock City” to kick off the show. “It will be the most explosive, biggest show we’ve ever done. People who love us, come see us. If you’ve never seen us, this is the time. This is the show.”

After selling over 100 million albums and touring all over the planet, the Rock & Roll Hall of Famers will play their final shows as part of the multi-year tour. Dates have yet to be announced, but will become available on the band’s official website, KISSonline, as they develop.

“All that we have built and all that we have conquered over the past four decades could never have happened without the millions of people worldwide who’ve filled clubs, arenas and stadiums over those years, reads a message on their official website. “This will be the ultimate celebration for those who’ve seen us and a last chance for those who haven’t. KISS Army, we’re saying goodbye on our final tour with our biggest show yet and we’ll go out the same way we came in… Unapologetic and Unstoppable.”

KISS formed in New York City in 1973, then featuring Stanley on guitar and lead vocals, Gene Simmons on bass, Peter Criss on drums and Ace Frehley on lead guitar. The band has gone through numerous personnel changes, with the current lineup consisting of Stanley, Simmons, guitarist Tommy Thayer and drummer Eric Singer.
