Greg Doherty/Getty Images; Stefanie Keenan/Getty Images for Barneys New YorkFounding Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee and his son Brandon, whose mother is Lee’s ex, Pamela Anderson, have taken their feud to social media, three months after Brandon assaulted his dad at Lee’s home.
On Father’s Day, Tommy took to Instagram to post a note criticizing Brandon and his other son, prompting Brandon to respond with an angry message that reportedly included a video he shot of Lee after knocking his father out.
In Lee’s message, he said his own father taught him “to respect everyone…to appreciate my possessions, and to be grateful for the things I was given.” He then noted, “Sometimes I feel like I failed as a father, because my kids don’t know the value of things.”
Lee added that it’s not all his fault “because their mom has…[enabled their] bad behavior…buying them things when they weren’t good.”
Tommy went on to say, “I love my boys but they can be a******s too.”
According to a Perez Hilton tweet, Brandon initially responded by posting an angry Instagram note along with the video of an unconscious Lee.
While the video no longer appears on Brandon’s Instagram, the message remains. It reads in part, “Remember what happened last time you said this s***?…If you think we’re so bad (which I can assure you we are not) then you should have showed up to a few more BDays and baseball games.”
In a separate Instagram post, Brandon calls out Tommy for airing their dirty laundry in public, and also claims that his dad didn’t wish him a Happy Birthday this month, so he shouldn’t expect him to wish his dad a Happy Father’s Day.
As previously reported, Brandon’s altercation with Tommy was prompted by negative comments Lee made about Anderson on social media.
