As usual, the event will be headlined by Farm Aid board members Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews and Willie Nelson, with Matthews playing as a duo with his longtime collaborator Tim Reynolds.

Also performing at this year’s Farm Aid will be Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats and country artists Chris Stapleton, Sturgill Simpson, Kacey Musgraves and Margo Price.

In addition, the bill includes Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real and Particle Kid. The latter two groups are led, respectively, by Willie Nelson’s sons Lukas and Micah. Promise of the Real, joined by Micah Nelson, has served as Neil Young’s backing band in recent years.

Tickets for Farm Aid 2018 go on sale to the general public this Friday, June 29, at 10 a.m. ET, and will be available at LiveNation.com and by calling 800-745-3000. A limited amount of pre-sale tickets can be purchased starting this Tuesday, June 26, at 10 a.m. ET at FarmAid.org/Festival.

“Family farmers are the backbone of our country,” says Farm Aid president and co-founder Willie Nelson. “But today, they are endangered. Whether we live in cities like Hartford or the rural areas of New England, each of us has the power to create positive, lasting change in our farm and food system and strengthen farm families to help them stay on the land for generations to come.”

The festival will feature local and organic foods produced at family farms, and will offer various agricultural activities, as well as forums about important farm- and ecological-related topics.

Meanwhile, memorabilia signed by some Farm Aid performers and VIP experiences tied to the event will be sold or auctioned starting today at IfOnly.org/FarmAid.
