Credit: Michael HelmsFormer Eagles guitarist Don Felder kicks off a run of summer shows tonight in St. Charles, Illinois, and he also has a concert lined up in Detroit on Friday as part of the city’s Rocking on the Riverfront series.
The 68-year-old Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has a total of eight upcoming North American concerts on his 2016 itinerary, which is mapped out through an October 22 show in Ojai, California. Don’s schedule also includes late-September visits to a couple of cities in Canada’s Alberta province.
Meanwhile, Felder revealed in a message posted on his Twitter feed last week that he’s been spending some of his downtime working on new musical ideas in his studio. His most recent solo album, Road to Forever, was released in 2012.
