Credit: Scott DachroedenHalloween may be over, but apparently no one told Alice in Chains. The grunge icons have premiered the video for “Never Fade,” which is part crime thriller and part supernatural horror.
In between clips of home invasions and alien creatures bursting from people’s stomachs, you also get several shots of AiC jamming while lit with a revolving wheel of neon colors. You can watch it all unfold now on YouTube.
“Never Fade” is a track off of Alice in Chains’ new album Rainier Fog. As vocalist/guitarist William DuVall explains, the “Never Fade” video is a “continuation” of the video for Rainier Fog‘s lead single, “The One You Know.”
“The full story will gradually be revealed,” DuVall says. “For now, check out what we love to do best — play live and tell a story with our music.”
Alice in Chains recently wrapped a U.S. tour in support of Rainier Fog, and will launch a South American run Friday in Chile.
